She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Baker and Emily Baker. She is survived by: her spouse Glenn Tipton; her children, Ricky Tipton and Glenna Chadwick (Tim); her brothers, Eddie Joe Baker (Shirley) and Jim Baker (Barb); her sister-in-law Velma Starr; and her grandchildren, Grey William, Presley Kay and Kennedy May Chadwick.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a graveside service will be held at the Filer Cemetery at 1 p. m. on Saturday, April 18 for immediate family only.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Kay's name to Idaho Elks Rehab in Boise.
