He was predeceased by: his father Ted; and his brother Ned (Jodi Atkinson). He is survived by: his wife Lori; his mother Jeanne; and his siblings, Patti (John Hurley) and Tim. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in Tom's name to the Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.
