He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Nash and Irene Nash (Livingston); and his sister Carolyn Birrer. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Christopher Nash of Oregon, Casie Baruffi (Chris) of Arizona, Sidney Nash of Oregon, Keri Nash of Idaho and Emily Nash of Idaho; his stepdaughters, Lisa Hauner (Tim) of Oregon, Megan Fehrenbacher of Oregon and Dana Fehrenbacher (Tod Hall) of Washington; his aunt Virginia Merriman; and his uncle Bob Livingston. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
