He was predeceased by: his parents, Jenne Revere and Sarah Inez Matthews Fowles; his sons, Richard Scott (Rick) and Timothy Lee (Tim); his siblings, Jay (Loraine), Harrison Fowles (Lela), Shirley Sherwood (Steve) and LueAnn Barnard (Robert); his grandson Jonathan Fowles; and his great grandchild Jude Marriott.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his daughter-in-law Karin (Rick); his grandchildren, Scott Fowles and Jennica Marriott (Nick); and his sister Jennette Buhler (Keith). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
