He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Munsee and Wanda LaVon Munsee; his siblings, Geri, Elaine (Jim Smith), Gary (Marianne) and Danny; and his children, Howard Shawn and Susan.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Tyler; his siblings, Venice (John Benvenito), Debbie (Dean Rhettmiller) and Terry; his children, Anna Lee Lish, Kelly (Wendy), Michael (Sheril) and Sandra; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Cooper, Carter, Lydia, Sophie and Drew.
