She is survived by: her former husband Richard Harold Perkins; her sibling Falls; her husband Albert Hawkins; and her children, Richard Walker (Linda) of Kimberly, ID, Paula Earl (Jay), LeeAnn Jones (John) of Caldwell, ID and Janie Carr of Boise, ID. She is also survived by several grandchildren, step grandchildren, great grandchildren and great step grandchildren.
