He was predeceased by: his son Jeff McGuire; his granddaughter Mandy Kay; his parents, D. A. McGuire and Winnie McGuire; and his sister Patty McGuire.
He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Rick McGuire (Penny) of Jerome, Teresa Stoker (Gary) of Boise and Pam Pena (Ben); his sister Carole Skinner of Salem Oregon; and his close friend Renae Morgan of Washington. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
