It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Dale Payne (Twin Falls, Idaho), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on August 22, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Payne and Charline Payne; his siblings, Linda Taylor and Warren Payne; and his children, Jorja Horst, Alex, Bradley and Joshua Payne. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
