She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin "Sonny" Jensen and Juanita Jensen; and her brother Deno. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Koontz, Tiffany Fredrickson (Nick) and Jeremy Koontz (Amber); her brother Jack Jensen (Heather); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Hudson, Rowan, Clinton, Zack, Calvin, Alyssa, Lydia, Amythia, Amarrah and Chandler. She is also survived by grandchildren, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Rock Creek Park (1154 Addison Ave W, Twin Falls, ID 83301).
