Mark Dee Greenough Obituary
Mark Dee Greenough, age 60, of Twin Falls, Idaho, passed away at his home surrounded by his wife, step daughter, step son , and step grandkids on October 27, 2020 of natural causes.
Mark Dee Greenough was born in Burlington, Vermont on June 29, 1960 to Armond and Helen Hewitt-Greenough. He graduated from Arlington High school and later became a Custodian at the College of Southern Idaho who was very well-known and loved.
Mark met his current wife in Riverside, California years before they married in the Chapel at the College of Southern Idaho on December 4, 2016. Mark was Joanie's next door neighbor when they first met in the early 2000's and they carried out many years of love and friendship in his later years.
Mark loved Jesus! As he would say, he LOVED the Lord! Mark and his wife spent a lot of years in the Ministry in California together. He loved animals but cats in particular and became the cat man in every neighborhood he lived in. He called them his kids. Even though he never had children of his own he simply had his step children who called him Dad and his cats. He loved his job at the College of Southern Idaho after he had spent 16 years at Dave's Dirt work in Hesperia, California with the Romero family.
Mark is survived by his wife Joanie Greenough, his mother Helen Hewitt-greenough, his sister Wanda, brother Todd, brother Steve, and sister Tammy, along with his step kids Terra Thompson anda Michael Romero Jr., Amanda Thompson and Kasy Tate, and all of their children.
