She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Elliott Toothman and Mary Elsie Medlar Toothman; and her sisters, Betsy Wrinkle of Ontario, OR, Mary Sparkman of Milton Freewater, OR, May Jean Sipes and Leona Martin of Idaho Falls, Idaho..

She is survived by: her husband Rev. William Ralphs; her son Dale Ralphs; her granddaughters, Lauren and Natalie of Issaquah; and her stepdaughters, Carol Knowles of Spokane and Sharon Shafer of Emporiua.
