He is survived by: his brother James (Elizabeth Locke); his wife Penny Devries; his son Jay; his grandchildren, Paige, Jadia and Aubree; and his siblings, Madlyn Shepherd (Craig), Michael Locke (Kathy), Marsha Justus (Dreu), Matthew Locke (Amy) and Marvin Locke (Angie).
