He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Weaver Mills and Avis Lillian McCormack; and his brothers, RJ and Gerald Mills. He is survived by: his wife Vall (Ottersberg); and his children, Cindy Aslett (Doug), Ed Mills (Julie) and Sheri Schwartz (Farin). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
