He was predeceased by: his parents, Arline Bergstedt and Harold Raymond; and his brother Richard Miller. He is survived by: his wife Louise Davis Miller; his daughter Tina Marshall; his grandchildren, Dustin, Trystan, Shania and Alexis; and his brother Harold Miller (Connie).

It is suggested that memorials be given to the American Cancer Society.
