He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenny Owings and Violet Owings; and his brother Dan. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his sons, Dustin (Tiffany), Tyler and Jason; his grandchildren, Lydia, Clay, Abby, Audrey and Jade; his pets, Sage, Bentley and Charlotte; his siblings, Keith (Vickie) and Sandy Paul (Bill); and also Kevin. He is also survived by his nephews and niece.
