She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon "Tiny" and Goldie Pennock Bracken; and her siblings, Eileen Cappell, Madeline Meigs, Ada Mae Bell and Billy.
She is survived by: her sibling Gamma Phi Beta; her friend Judi Baxter; her husband Thad; her sons, Chris (Anna) and Scott (Kim); and her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Braden, Summer, Mia and Anthony.
In lieu of flowers, the family would suggest a donation in Judy's memory to the CSI Judy and Thad Scholes Endowment for the Performing Arts.
