She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her parents, Edith Hurd and Horton Hurd; and her siblings, Mildred Skidmore (George), Mary Simper (Jay), Joe Hurd (Darlene), Lucille Fearheller, Bernice Jones (Chad) and LaMoine Hurd (Ray).
She is survived by: her daughters, JoLene, Donna Requa of Twin Falls and Kent Wickham; her grandchildren, Nicole Bullock, Stephanie McMillan, Bryan Tunison, Greg Requa, Devan Wilkinson, Brandon Wilkinson and Skylar Wilkinson; and her daughter Tonya. She is also survived by her son from another mother and father.
