He is survived by: his wife Sara; his children, Mike III, John III, Maria and Victoria; his grandchildren, Teddy, Michael, Gabby, Isabella, Angelica, Caitlyn, Marissa, Kaylin, Emily and Hannah; and his siblings, Terry Rogers, Fran Spencer, Cathy Feltner and Tim Moore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
