She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Chamberlen and Fay Chamberlen (Haywood); her son Gary Franklin Van Pelt; and her brother Robert Chamberlen. She is survived by: her husband Franklin Daniel Van Pelt; her daughters, Terry Van Leer (Brian) of Temple City and Cheryl Coleman (Bradley) of Kimberly; her daughter-in-law Mary Van Pelt of Chino, CA; and her brother Gerald Chamberlen of Nebraska. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grand children.
