He is survived by: his wife Donna Salisbury; and his children, Cherie Hovde (Ken), Gary Salisbury (Cevillia), Karen Law (Dennis), Ron Salisbury (Alice) and Steve Salisbury (Tina). He is also survived by Six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
