He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Canfield Paxton; his son John; and his grandson Andrew Pippitt. He is survived by: his father John Paxton; his wife Alma Mae Mulder of Kimberly; his children, Karla Pippitt (Dale), Brent Paxton (Patti) and Jim Paxton (Tami); his grandchildren, Matt Pippitt, Karly Pippitt (Rich), Adam Paxton, Ben Paxton (Haley), Erin Horvath (Matt) and Andrew Paxton; and his stepgrandchildren, Whitney Cook (Todd) and Jessica Kamo (Colter).
