He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Susanna Bohrn (Mark) and Sarah Annette Johnson; his wife Betty Burgess; his daughter Irene Ashby (Shane); his aunt Rayola Curry; and his brother Ralph Burgess. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, dogs, birds, cats.
