He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Durham and Bernice Westfall; and his brother Jim Durham. He is survived by: his wife Deanna; his brothers, John and Bob Durham; and his children, Lisa Conyers (Travis) of Pocatello, Idaho, Robert Durham (Donna) of Renton, Washington, Damon Durham of Boise, Idaho, Angela Ludlow (Rod), Jared Durham (Lisa) of Meridian, Idaho, Joshua Durham (Ashley) of Boise, Idaho and Bradley Durham (Amber) of Payette, Idaho. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Frank's wishes are donations be made towards research for Parkinson's (i.e. Michael J. Fox Foundation, or Parkinson's Foundation).
