He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Joseph Turley and Joyce Elaine Gambrel (Glasmann); his brother Justin (Drew); his wife Carol Jean Turley of Rick's College; and his sister Pamela Mattice.

He is survived by: his children, Angela Heider (Justin), Joseph Turley, Emma Egner (Mike), Deanna Weigel (Andy), Belinda Mickelson (Luke), Justin Turley (Katrina) and Drew Turley (Meagan). He is also survived by his 23 grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
