She is survived by: her husband Ken Leonard; her children, Cathy Smith (Chuck) and Craig Carter; her stepsons, Craig and Tim Leonard (Monica); and her grandchildren, Jordan, Erica, Nathan and Hayley. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
