He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Victor "Tom'' Foulk and Thelma June Prater; and his grandmother Hettie Prater. He is survived by: his sibling Falls Rotary; his wife Carol Prater; his sons, Tony Prater (Robin Dober), Mike Prater (Tempie Berry), Marcus Prater and Tom Prater; his grandchildren, Seneca Prater, Vince Prater (Kristen), Matt Prater, Madisson Prater, Grahm Prater, Truman Prater and Skye Prater; his great grandchild Keegan Callahan; his stepchildren, Terri Vollmer (Kent), Kelli Nielsen, Casey Nielsen (Isabel) and Nicholas Nielsen (Shae); and his stepgrandchildren, Izabelle, Abigail, Austyn, Taelor, Jordyn, Elijah, Lexi, Jake and Josh.
