He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Noel and Virginia (Andersen); his wives, Helen Noel (Hiebert) and Eiko Fukimoto; his sister Bobbie Coombs; and his grandson Jordan Povey.
He is survived by: his wife Deani Noel; his children, Mike Noel (Vicki), Donna Reinstein (Dennis), Traci Lofthus (James), David Noel (Debbie), Jim Rackham (Chris) and Sonya Povey (Jared); and his caregivers, Serenity and Cenoma. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 18 great grandchildren.
