She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Johnson and Hazel Hall Johnson; and her children, Kenneth and Debra Schroeder. She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth Mothershead; her husband Rod Alvey; her sons, Ron Mothershead (Lisa) and Keith Mothershead (Tina); and her son-in-law Marshall Schroeder. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
