She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Carter and Dixie Carter (Roberts); her grandmother Nettie Roberts; her parents-in-law, Ernie and Maxine Meyer; her brothers, Ira "Willie" Carter and Mark Carter; her nephews, Travis Carter, Ivan Dwane and Donald Hinds; and her grandmother Mayme.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Meyer; her daughters, Kali Connell (Steve) of Wendell and Lacey Epling (Robert) of Iowa; her siblings, Barrett Croxen of Reno, Carol King of Illinois and Roody Carter of Sandpoint, ID.; her grandchildren, Andrea, Emily, Branden, Madisyn, Morgyn, Abby and Olivia; and her stepgrandchildren, Samantha, Kelsie, Tasha, Tyler, Jade and Andrew.
