He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Jauregui and Vicenta Eizaguirre; and his brother Javier Jauregui. He is survived by: his wife Miren Maitena Arrate; his daughters, Miren and Conchi "Connie" Miller (Ross); his siblings, Falls, Luis Felix, Miguel of Australia, Jose Marie of Spain and Maria Gabiola of Spain; his grandchildren, Jessica (Josh), Amanda (Kevin), Brandon and Jeremy; and his great grandchildren, Summer, Dallin, Winter, Annalise and Andie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
