“Grandpa was always a role model to me, he always had such a big heart, full of optimism, charm, love and authenticity. I wish I had more opportunity to spend time with, but I did try to keep in regular contact. I recently had sent him a couple drawings I did trying to encapsulate him, one being of him as the fighter he has been for over 20 years now, and the other of one of his most iconic pictures. I regularly listen to or watch his shows and music, especially when I need a pick-me-up.”
