He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Creek and Margaret Creek. He is survived by: his wife Claudia Creek (Van Patten); his son Cliff Creek (Kari); his brothers, Gary Creek (Becky) and Ron Creek (Bonnie); his grandsons, Calvin and Cooper; and his sibling Falls.
