He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Emerson Williams and Litha Catherine Pugh Williams; and his siblings, Sherm (Charlotte), Jeanne, LaRee (Bill) and Jack (Elsie).
He is survived by: his wife Della Ann Scott; his children, Kathryn, Mark Williams (Debbie), Eric Williams (Jenny) and Susan Williams; his grandchildren, Haley Peterson, Andrew Peterson, Heidi Chapman (Corey), Jessyka Williams, Lea Williams (Brennan Serrano), Katie Williams, Anna Williams, Ben Landrian (Melissa), Jori Loveland (Chad), Savannah Erickson (Kaleb), Peyton Emerson Fleming and Reece Williams Fleming; his great grandchildren, Lexi Vela, Kylie Berry, Gunnar Berry, Maddie Williams-Brinkley, Emerson Coburn-Williams, Benjamin Landrian, Cayden Loveland, Colston Loveland and Cash Loveland; his adoptive son Mark Brady; his pet Target; and his caregivers, Cindy RN, Jennifer, Taylor, Heather and Gloria. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made in Dale's name to the Filer Quick Response Unit or Hospice Visions.
