He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Prestwich and Lola Prestwich; his brother-in-law Robert Walker; and his granddaughters, McKenzie and Vanessa Svedin.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Prestwich; his children, Kelsey Prestwich (Juanita), Kertus Prestwich (Crystal), Kasey Prestwich (Janice), Caylee Svedin (Jon) and Kortney Prestwich (Cally); his siblings, Connie Rae Walker, Paul Prestwich (Linda) and Patti Anderson (Clark); and his mother-in-law Gloria Fay Jenks. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; three great grandchildren, 11 brothers-in-law; 9 sisters-in law; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other beloved extended family.

Viewing was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (824 Caswell Ave W, Twin Falls, ID 83301). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
