She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Walter Campbell and Wanda Doris Lee; her stepfather Charles Melvin Allen; her husbands, Ralph David Crites and Lawrence N. Curtis; her siblings, Frederick Allen and Cynthia Campbell; her son Charles Curtis; her grandchildren, Joseph Allan Welch, Sebastian and Nevaeh; her niece Pamela Allen; and her nephews, Bryan Allen and Rodney Huber.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph David Jr., Donna Oneida (Charles), Linda Welch (Nick), David Crites, Jerry Crites, Larry Curtis (Nicole) and Shon Briggs; her grandchildren, Jonathan, Belinda, Christopher, Jared, Jessica, Courtney, Ashley, Lorretta, Sabrina, Rebecca, Ella, Heston, Auguste, Bridon, Erin, Morgan, Whitney, Wyatt, Matthew, Eladio, Shyanna and Angelica; and her siblings, Phyllis Emmel (Bruce), Patrick Campbell (Marcene), Michael Campbell (Cathy) and Beverly Tickell (Christian). She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren, and one great, great-grandchild.
