He was predeceased by: his father Harold Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Judy Lewis; the mother of his children Becky Hare; his children, Trenidy Hare (Cheyenne), Kendra Jay (Ryan) and Jennifer Lewis (Nick); and his brothers, Jason Lewis (Tina) and Brandon Lewis (Darcy). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, as well as his four grandsons and three granddaughters.
