He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Howard and Betty Howard; and his sister Georgeann Swope. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Sean Howard (Bridget Baiss Howard) and Kris Woodruff (Dustin Woodruff); and his granddaughters, Rayne Woodruff and Brooke Howard.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the American Stroke Association is recommended.
