Carole Collins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole Collins in Twin Falls, Idaho, born in Richfield, Minnesota, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Janke and Adelia Janke (Thur); her brothers, Mertin, Kenneth and Clark; and her daughter Jane Ehlers.
She is survived by: her husband Charles; her children, Jennifer Lack (Dennis), Julie Scott (Byron), Jeanette Waddell (Todd) and Edward Collins; and her grandchildren, Jonathon, Catherine Ehlers, Zechariah, Elijah, Miriam Collins, Rachel Scott and Kate Waddell.
Her doctors were amazed at her ability to withstand two separate bouts of cancer, numerous bouts of pneumonia, many broken bones from falls, and COVID.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made, in Carole's name, to the Fairchild Area Historical Society, P.O. Box 199, Fairchild, Wisconsin 54741.
