He is survived by: his children, Brian Brooks, Christa Brooks, Jay Levi Phelps, Alex Phelps, Dylan Phelps and Cayli Bonn; and his siblings, Lorri Parker of Missouri and Stan "Brad" Phelps of Missouri. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
