He is survived by: his wife Rita Carter; his children, Ty "Sam" Doty and Kayla "Christian" Zaldivar; his grandchildren, Aleena, Vida and Roman; and his siblings, Monty "Darlene" Doty, Kelly "Frank" Usher and Jack Doty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
