It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blaine Cotter (Twin Falls, Idaho), born in Mesa, Arizona, who passed away on August 15, 2020, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Jeanne Cotter of Queen Creek, Arizona and Chuck Cotter; his children, Whitney Traice, Ethan Hyrum, Jaylee Joyce and Brecken Joseph; his wife Jennie; and his siblings, Cameron, Taylor, Sharley, Jacob and Zach. He is also survived by in-laws, nephews, nieces and cousins.
