He is survived by: his wife Amy of Twin Falls, ID; his children, Kirk (Rhonda) of Cambridge, ID, Cynthia (Tony) of Caldwell, ID and Gregory (Shirley) of Winnemucca, NV; his brothers, George (Teresa) of Las Vegas, NV and Roy of Tucson, AZ; and his siblings-in-law, Sylvia of Nebraska and William of Kansas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
