She was predeceased by: her husband Philip; her son Philip E. Mulconery II; her grandson Mark; and her parents, Reverend Rumsey and Ruby C Rumsey (English).

She is survived by: her children, Betty L. Mulconery, Michael Mulconery (Maridrue) of Nampa and Kelly Probasco (Robie); and her siblings, Nurse Amanda, Nurse Laura and Joy. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
