He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Zakari Jurak (Shantel) and Tiffany Maschek (Spencer); his grandchildren, Brayden, Miyah, Whitley and Michael; and his siblings, Mike Jurak (Deena) and RaeAnn Svedberg (JD).
