She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Mullins and Addie Mullins; her brother Ron; and her aunts, Nadine Smith and Jean Strederstue.

She is survived by: her husband Nicodemus; her brother Gary Mullins (Nick); her children, Mark (Traci), Nick (Claudine), Robert, Kathleen (Phillip) and Scott (Sara); her grandchildren, Randi (Tarrin), Blake (Megan), Katelyn, Zane, Phillip, Adam, Ashley (Cody), Kyle (Cheyenne), Victoria (Eli), Logan, Zach (Emma), Braden (Arena) and Haley; and her great grandchildren, Camden, Alec, Emmett, Frankie, Sofia and Ryann.
