It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Highly (Troy, Idaho), who passed away on June 13, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Rick Highly; his parents, Leo Nousiainen and Bertha Nousiainen; his sister-in-law Carolyn Nousiainen; and also, Lloyd Nousiainen, Ron Nousiainen and Gordon Nousiainen.
He is survived by: his spouses, Lula Beck and Helen Williams; his children, Robert Highly of Troy, Teresa Steadman, Diane Hasenhorel (Joe) of Culdesac, Gail Taylor (Dean) of Vancouver and Cherie Shearer (Tom) of Tualatin; his brother Robert Nousiainen (Kathy) of Bruce Crossing; his child Dawna Grove (Joe); and also, Alberta Nousiainen and Barbara Nousiainen.
