He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Collins and Leona Collins (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Pattie Martson; his children, Ben Collins (Amy) of Emida, ID and Erin Collins of Pullman, WA; his siblings, Twila Bieker (Dan) of Lewiston, ID, Gail McMillan (Monte) of Moscow, ID and Wayne Collins of Moscow, ID; and his grandson Kaleb Collins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials may be made in Garry's name to the Humane Society of the Palouse, 2019 E. White Ave., Moscow, ID 83843.
