He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Russell Woolstenhulme and Constance Sorensen Woolstenhulme; and his daughters, Carrie Woolstenhulme and Patti Woolstenhulme. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his siblings, Judy Hansen (Lee), Arnold Woolstenhulme (Sharon), David Woolstenhulme (Sherma), Vallee Malone, Randy Woolstenhulme (Debbie) and Roseann Perry (Carl); and his children, Tawna Woolstenhulme, Michelle Schneider (Gary) and Russell Woolstenhulme (Christine). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and numerous friends.
