He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dean Leavitt and Fern Leavitt; his wife Veda Ward; and his children, LeAnn Berry (Kendall) of Douglas, Delynn Leavitt of Teton, Darris Leavitt of Newdale, Karleen Buxton (Wayne) of Boise and Layne Leavitt of Teton. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
