He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Harper Moses and Mary Emma Cammack Moses; his former wife Donna; his siblings, Wayne and Carol; his son-in-law Taylor; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Tyler, Cooper and Kendra.
He is survived by: his children, Jenice Palmer (Taylor), Gayle Christensen (Darell), Mikel (Jacque) and Roy (Tari); his wife Doris Simpson Ballantyne; and his siblings, Wilford, Jess, Dennis, Clyde, Donna, Charlotte and Deanna. He is also survived by 4 children, 24 grandchildren, 103 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
